MLK-13307-15 imx: mx6sll: add mx6sll arm2 support 


Add mx6sll lpddr3/lpddr2 arm2 support.
LCDIF/SPI/USB/PMIC supported.

LPDDR3 DDR version: 1.2
LPDDR2 DDR version: initial version.
