Add repositories with Node.js and Node-RED

Vladimir Petrigo requested to merge node-red into dev

Add repositories with Yocto project layers, which provide Node.js and Node-RED packages, to the mainfest file default.xml.

For meta-vesta layer the feature/node-red branch are used. It is due to the fact that Node-RED AWS and Noble addons as well as recipes for Node-RED init script installation and Node-RED user creation are residing in this branch.
