As node-red branch does not exist anymore we have to use master branch
during repo initialization

As the whole manual expects a clean Ubuntu installation, an user might
meet issues with absence of packages that tend to be install in further
steps. To prevent that, include the additional step that helps keeping
host system in the most recent state

Change branch for bsp-base repo from `master` to `node-red` as it reflects the latest layers that have to be added
