Some BLE chips send an initial ACL packet before reporting a valid connection; this is typically an MTU packet that can be safely (though not optimally) discarded

linux/socket: Fix blocking read and sync closing of the socket

Fix Stop() call in linux/device

Stop() and Close() were used for the same thing
so now the Stop() is gone and Close() will be used
to stop/close hci.

Stop did nothing before, now it call the Stop() of the hci device
